These Terms govern your use of mrgadgethub.in and every purchase you make from MR Gadget Hub. By placing an order you accept these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of them. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
1. About us
mrgadgethub.in is owned and operated by MR Gadget Hub, H-15, Street No. 21, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. Contact us at support@mrgadgethub.in or +91 95604 68062 (phone and WhatsApp), Monday–Friday 11:00–21:00 and Saturday 11:00–20:00 IST. We sell our own stock directly to you; we are not a marketplace, and every order is a contract between you and MR Gadget Hub.
2. Using the site
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A person under 18 may buy only through a parent or guardian who places the order.
Keep your account login confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been misused.
Give accurate names, addresses and phone numbers. Orders with false details may be cancelled under section 5.
Do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, fake orders, fake reviews, abuse of returns or offers, or any unlawful activity.
3. What we sell
New devices from independent manufacturers. Android smartwatches, SIM-calling watches, mini smartphones, projectors, game consoles and accessories made by independent manufacturers and sold under their own model names. These are not made, endorsed or approved by Apple, Samsung, Google or any other brand unless the listing names that brand as the manufacturer.
Branded refurbished and pre-owned devices. Genuine units of the brand named (for example Apple, BlackBerry, Nokia, Motorola or Samsung) that have been used or refurbished. Each listing states the condition grade, any known cosmetic marks or functional limitations, battery condition where it can be measured, and what is in the box. These are not new and carry no manufacturer warranty unless the listing says so.
No counterfeits. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or “first copy” goods. A brand name appears on our site only to identify a genuine product of that brand or to describe compatibility.
Product information. Every listing shows the price including GST and the MRP, the country of origin and the importer’s name for imported goods, the warranty, whether the item can be returned, the delivery estimate and the payment options. Specifications such as RAM, storage, battery capacity, display, camera, water-resistance rating and supported network bands are as declared by the manufacturer. If what you receive materially differs from the listing, it is “not as described” and our Returns policy gives you a replacement or full refund.
Network and apps. Calling, 4G and 5G on watches and phones depend on the network bands listed, your operator and coverage in your area. Third-party apps such as Google Play, WhatsApp and YouTube are provided by their owners, who can change or withdraw them.
IMEI. Every phone and SIM-enabled device we sell carries its original, unaltered IMEI. We check used devices against the Department of Telecommunications’ IMEI database before sale, as the law requires. Tampering with an IMEI is an offence; we will not accept a return or warranty claim on a device whose IMEI has been altered.
4. Prices and offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free unless a charge is shown to you before you pay, and no other charge is added at checkout.
When we show a discount, the struck-through “was” price is the lowest price at which we sold that item in the 30 days before the discount began. The MRP is shown separately and labelled as MRP.
Any prepaid discount (for example, an extra amount off for paying online) and its conditions are shown on the product and checkout pages before you pay.
If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch. You can then buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund; we will not charge the higher price without your agreement.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
After confirmation we may cancel an order only if the item is out of stock, the listing contains an obvious error, your pincode cannot be served, the payment fails, or the order appears fraudulent. We will tell you why and refund everything you paid within 2 business days.
If we cancel a confirmed order for any reason other than a fraudulent order or false details, we will also pay you ₹299 with the refund. This matches the maximum cancellation charge you can incur under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
6. Payment
You can pay online through our checkout by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators.
Partial cash on delivery. Where offered, you pay a ₹299 advance online at checkout and the balance to the courier on delivery, in cash or by UPI. The advance is adjusted against the price and shown on your invoice.
We never ask for payment outside our checkout. We will never ask you to pay an advance, balance or fee to a personal bank account or UPI ID, or by a link sent over WhatsApp, phone call or social media. If anyone does, it is not us: do not pay, and report it to us and to the National Cyber Crime Helpline on 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in.
We do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Saved cards are stored by card networks as tokens, as RBI requires.
If money is debited but your order is not placed, your bank or payment provider reverses it automatically within the time RBI prescribes (5 days for card and UPI merchant payments) and pays compensation for delays. If it has not reached you by then, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help trace it.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback, so we can fix the problem directly. If a chargeback is raised, we will share order, delivery and refund records with the bank to resolve it.
7. Shipping
We ship free to serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery times, tracking, failed delivery attempts and lost or damaged parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy. The risk in the goods stays with us until they are delivered to you.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or not-as-described items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. 9. Warranty
Every product carries a 1-month MR Gadget Hub seller warranty from the date of delivery, unless its listing states a longer warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear under normal use.
Under warranty we repair or replace the product free of charge, including pickup and return shipping. If neither is possible, we refund the price paid.
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, damage from unauthorised repair or opening, software modification (rooting, flashing, unofficial firmware), IMEI tampering, or normal wear such as scratches and strap wear. Water-resistance ratings such as IP67 are laboratory ratings; unless the listing says otherwise, damage from swimming, showering, hot water or salt water is not covered.
Where a listing states that a manufacturer’s warranty applies, we will help you claim it in addition to our own warranty.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including product liability.
10. Reviews and content you post
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you bought or used. We publish all reviews that follow these rules, positive or negative, and we do not pay for reviews or offer incentives without saying so clearly beside the review. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contains personal data. By posting, you allow us to display your review on our site and social media with your first name.
11. Intellectual property
The MR Gadget Hub name, logo, site design, text and our own photographs belong to us; you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Other brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.
12. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer because of defective goods or deficient service, as the law provides. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as loss of business or profit. Our total liability for any other claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Back up your data before sending us a device for return, repair or replacement. We factory-reset every device we receive and cannot recover data left on it.
13. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or misuse the site and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from that claim.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, government orders or courier network shutdowns. We will tell you promptly, and you may cancel affected orders for a full refund.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, send you a copy of the complaint as we have recorded it, and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, at consumerhelpline.gov.in or through the NCH app, or file a complaint with a Consumer Commission through e-jagriti.gov.in.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next sentence, courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not affect your right to file a consumer complaint before the Consumer Commission where you live or work, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, and the date at the top will show the latest version. The Terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term straight away does not waive it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your purchases.
